Andrea Simon, known to many as just Andi, is the author of “On The Brink: A Fresh Lens to Take Business to New Heights” and has another book coming up in January 2021, “Rethink: Smashing the Myths of Women in Business”. She is also the founder and CEO of Simon Associates Management Consultants. As a corporate anthropologist, Andi and her team help companies find the gaps and unmet needs between their clients and their business processes so they can better serve their clients.
