Through the tragic loss of her father at a young age, Rachel struggled with processing her grief. Then 8 years later came the sudden death of her brother, followed closely by the loss of her husband at the same age and to the same disease that took her father. Rachel had no choice but to learn to deal with her grief and loss for the sake of her future and for her children. Now an author, motivational speaker, grief Counsellor and educator, Rachel turned her loss into purpose by helping others through their pain. A lifetime of skills and experience she has put into her book Gifts From Grief that’s become a worldwide hit. Rachel lifts the lid on grief and what steps we can take to help others through the grieving process.
