#144: How Long Can My employer Keep My Information When I Leave the Company? Here’s What You Need to Know!

We hope you are able to use your employment rights to get the answers you need, to secure your rights at work.

In this week’s episode, we look at the thorny issue of how long your employer can hold your personal data. Legally, your employer can collect information about from the point in time when you submit your application form.  But what you might not know, is that there is statute law that requires every employer to remove your information after a specific data retention period. This is what we look at, in this week’s episode.
