What are the reasons Why most agents fail & struggle in real estate? | Featuring Sonny Bhinder

Real Estate Journey of Sonny Bhinder:

**I started my real estate career in 2005. Did a lot of grunt prospecting and struggled for few years.

**I got fully involved with Craig Proctor System in 2015 and started building a team to better serve my clients.

**We do a lot of creative marketing & offer guaranteed programs to buyers and sellers. Have a big database of 25,000+ people. We sell homes faster & for more money.

**Now I have a team of 8 real estate agents and 5 staff members.

**In 2021 we did close to 200 deals and ranked one of the top teams in BC and in Canada.

**Year 2022 is dead slow for most of the agents. They are struggling but we are still busy. We will be doing 150+ deals this year.

**I want to grow my team volume to 1000 transactions a year and help my team succeed personally & financially. Donate to charity & help community.

**Won the Masters Hall of Fame Award & 10-year Centurion Award.

Family:

Happily married with 2 kids. Son 17 years and Daughter 10 years old.
