In Episode 20- I had the pleasure of sitting with Jill Willard to discuss intuition and how to cultivate it. I was super excited about this conversation because on the path to healing my body, I often had to lean on my intuition and get still enough to feel my truth to make hard choices. My intuition was weak because I didn't make time for it and I prized myself on being headstrong and intelligent. The journey of healing my body took releasing the fear that plagued my mind for the wisdom I held within my body, an unbiased truth.

Her newest venture, IM, offers tools and tips on meditation and being here in the present.
