As we move into the holiday season it's so important to embrace positive and supportive boundaries with yourself and others. Through this guided meditation practice we are focusing on our boundaries and how we can support ourselves more through setting boundaries. A boundary might be a certain amount of screen time per day or the creation of a bed before routine. We can prioritize our body and mind through setting firm boundaries with ourselves. This guided meditation helps set us up for a peaceful and positive holiday.
