In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the game Tuesday night against the Florida Panthers. It was another game where the Capitals didn't play a complete game and failed to take advantage of their opportunities on the PP. The game saw goals by Dylan Strome and John Carlson. Despite the poor play goaltender Darcy Kuemper stopped 38 of 42 shots on goal. The Capitals hope to turn things around and get back in the win column Thursday when they take on the St Loius Blues
