Mental rehearsal is only healthy if you’re using it to move forward - Viewing the movie of your life is healthy if you’re using it to process a better way to do something similar in your future with a better outcome. “Can I do it better now”.
Toxic people from your past don’t deserve a place in your future – You are a victim everything and everyone that has ever happened to you. Nobody that contributed to your unhealthy behavior needs to be in your present.
