Moving our bodies – Fitness is by FAR the best thing you can do for your health. It has solved ALL of my health issues. We are designed to move and practicing sitting on the couch is practicing insulting our machines.
Focusing on our progress and accepting compliments – Give compliments and accepting them is training your body to find what we like about ourselves and others. Pointing out what you don’t like is giving you a reason to drink.
Spending as much time as possible thinking about the solutions – Spend as much time as possible thinking about what will move you forward. Tripling down on doing what you love is the fuel to find those solutions to the next level.
