Imagine you got one car for your whole life!? How far would you go to care for it, regularly service it, keep it tidy (probably a lot better that what you currently do - AM I RIGHT?) Well your body is that one vehicle you get for life.
Today I chat through some cardinal rules I personally have to strengthen my relationship and sense of balance with my body. Rules I feel you will all love and really embrace!
