As a result, Eshraghi now prioritizes the market over product perfection. He cautions against getting too caught up in trying to make the product better, only to deviate from the path of what the market actually wants.

He summarizes the key success factors for a business as having the right product fit for the market, discipline to execute, capital, and most importantly the right team.
