I am super excited for you to hear this episode. It mixes two important things in my life... police work and mental health. Of course, that has been the overall theme of this season but this one is a nose dive right into it and I cannot wait for you check it out! I start the episode with talking about my own personal path to burn out and then I offer you the PROQOL, essentially an exercise/self-assessment to check your own professional quality of life.
