Ashdin shares that your perfect morning starts a day before, so its equally important to focus on how you spend the night before to have a great morning the next day. In case you don't have a good morning, you need to start thinking of your day in 4 segments - 6-10 am, 11-2 pm, 3-5 pm, and lastly the night routine from 6-10 pm. If you're stuck at any segment, don't stress about it and wait for the next segment and put all your focus into making it productive.
