Devrath on how to be consistent in the journey of fitness

In this episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin Doctor is joined by fitness expert Devrath Vijay, better known as NinjaDev. Devrath is an animal flow expert - which is a movement based fitness activity and he shares how we can stay consistent on our fitness journeys.
Devrath shares that its okay to feel the need to miss a gym day or a workout day, but the trick lies in restricting this feeling to just one day and never letting it go till 2 days. But in case it lingers on, he suggests that we need to completely stop thinking about the work-out and take it, quite literally, one step at a time - get into your workout clothes first, then just put on your shoes, get to the gym, and once you're there - you'll automatically figure it out - all step by step. Sometimes, its just about showing up.
