Join Jake and I as he takes some time out from the bands touring schedule while in Leeds to talk about mental health, I reveal how the new Clerks movie really effected me and dealing with loss and getting older.
We go into how art is one of the few things people don't ever move on from when it was originally consumed, while we as people are always awaiting the next new thing in life and tech, but music and movies and such are preserved in the time that we take them in.
Jake talks about the process of putting together the first Heart Support Festival, what he learned about being on the other side of booking bands and assembling a team to help him put together something that is worthy of all of the bands time, as well as the message he hopes carries through with the festival from the attendees and anyone associated with it and more in this great chat with the August Burns Red frontman.
