In this episode, I'm sharing the practice that radically transformed my relationship with food QUICKLY. I also use this with any changes I'm trying to make in my behavior, as it's the most effective way I've found thus far.
This episode is especially helpful if you identify as a "sugar addict", overeater, someone who will struggle with food forever, an "abstainer", or anything else that leaves you feeling hopeless.
