Previewing Wednesday's Penguins-Flames clash with Jess Belmosto of Locked On Flames!

Happy Tuesday! The Penguins had an off day but they're getting set to take on their next opponent in the Calgary Flames. This is a team that the Penguins have struggled against over the last couple of seasons and what better way to preview the game than by bringing back Jess Belmosto of Locked On Flames? Hunter has Jess talk all about the Flames in the first segment as they've had similar results to the Penguins over the last couple of weeks. She goes into the losing streak that they had followed by their recent strong play as they try and get back to how they were playing earlier in the season. She also tries to explain why Jonathan Huberdeau is on the third line while also telling the listeners why Jacob Markstrom has been a bit off to start the year (he never is against the Penguins, though). The roles then get reversed in the second segment when Jess flips the script and asks about the Penguins. Hunter goes into how much better the team has been at defending and how they're starting to get goal-scoring from all four lines. He also praises Tristan Jarry and wonders if that last start could be the start of a big rebound from him for the rest of the season and how it's past time for Kris Letang to start playing better. Finally, the two end the show with some keys for each team to win before predicting how the game will go.
