Happy Thanksgiving!
It’s awesome that we have a holiday dedicated to gratitude… to the simple act of “Giving Thanks.”
In addition, it’s awesome how many health benefits are connected to “Giving Thanks.”
For example, did you know that people who practice “Giving Thanks” have healthier Immune Systems than those who don’t?
Or that they handle stress better?
And sleep better?
Those three benefits alone have a HUGE impact on one’s health… and they all can be improved simply by making “Giving Thanks” a habit.
But that’s not all.
People who practice “Giving Thanks” display higher levels of happiness, joy, enthusiasm, optimism and love.
Again, that’s not all.
People with an “attitude of gratitude” also experience less bitterness, resentment, greed, envy, fear, anxiety, worry and anger.
Wow!!!
