#147: The Top Three Things Your Bully Will Do to Extend their Bullying Lifespan in the Workplace

Hi there

When your bully seems to act as if you are the workplace entertainment… it’s time to put yourself first… and take steps to put them on show.

Firstly, not great news. Unfortunately, we have been hit by the covid bug and this has affected our team, to the extent that we have to cancel our Bullying Surgery. We are a small but mighty team, but this one has sent us to ground including the late uploading of this week’s podcast episode, which had to be delayed to include this short message. 

We send our sincere apologies for this. We’ll be writing to all our surgery registrants to let you know what the next steps will be… and we’ll try to reschedule the surgery as soon as possible in 2023.

This week we look at the lifespan of a workplace bully.

The lifespan of a workplace bully refers to the ways in which your bully can develop skills and systems of bullying over long periods of time where their behaviour remains unchallenged.

We also look at the top 3 actions your bully will use to extend their bullying lifespan, so you can spot them and take action against them
