In this guided meditation practice we are checking in with ourselves and reflecting on how we are doing. We are allowing the light of the heart space to guide us in releasing what is no longer serving us and any negative energy within. We are realigning to a place of peace and ease. As we move into this practice we are gaining an understanding of how we can support ourselves and the alignment we deserve.
