241. Healing Your Past to Cultivate Healthy Romantic Relationships w/ Stefanos Safindos
In this episode, I’m joined by relationship coach and entrepreneur Stefanos Sifandos to discuss cultivating deep intimacy, interrupting toxic patterns, and holding space for healing. Stefanos describes the transformation he went through when he started doing the inner work and looking at relationships from a conscious lens. Since embarking on that journey, Stefanos has manifested a really powerful relationship with his now wife, Christine Hassler (who you might remember from episode 200). He shares his advice for how to get started with healing in non-judgmental and compassionate spaces. In our conversation, Stefanos illustrates how acting from a place of anxious attachment impacts the desire for intimacy and closeness within a relationship. He highlights the awareness and courage that’s required to break free from these patterns and build a relationship from a place of honesty and vulnerability. Stefanos also offers resources for embarking on inner-child healing work, including his course with Christine and their immersive breathwork experience.
