Mae is an author, speaker, and Healing Coach/Mentor, specializing in trauma and grief navigation by partnering alongside women as they process hard things. She is also the facilitator of the Carpe Diem Writers Group.

Her personal memoir titled Girls, Assassins & Other Bad Ideas was published on July 29th of this year and is available everywhere books are sold.
