This is by no means a definitive list, but are all ones that I’ve found useful over time. More about MovNat
If you are interested in learning more about MovNat and particularly MovNat in schools, there are three different resources attached; the first is an overview diagram of where to go to learn more about MovNat, the second is more specifically about the MovNat in school course which we hope to bring to the UK soon (or make available online) and the third attachment has a few introductory movements you can play with, including links to video demonstrations.
