We’re going back to the classroom this week with this week’s interview featuring Education Activist, Nicholas Ferroni. In our conversation, we cover a lot of ground, shedding light on the abysmal teacher pay issues in this country, as well as the teacher shortage. We discuss how these two pieces are related, as well as other factors influencing many educator’s exit from the role.
