In this guided meditation practice we are opening ourselves up to the channel and frequency of receiving. We are using this practice to check in with ourselves and reflect on if we are open to receiving what we want most. We are coming back into alignment with ourselves and using the mantra, "I am open to receiving" to find our way to the frequency of receiving. Through this practice we are connecting deeper and learning more about what it means to receive.
