Peter is a lawyer by training and CEO and restaurateur by trade. Peter Demos knows better than anyone what it is like to be crippled by fear and the need to control. For decades, his fear-fueled mindset wreaked havoc in his career, home life and marriage until a raw and personal encounter with God’s love compelled him to surrender his fears and life to the Lord, a transformative decision that changed everything.

Peter Demos is the president and CEO of Demos’ Brands and Demos Family Kitchen and a successful restaurateur, having founded six different Demos restaurant locations and 14 entities, including two PDK Southern Kitchen and Pantry restaurants across middle Tennessee. He returned to the hospitality industry after earning his law degree and is a highly requested speaker on the topics of leading with courage and purpose.
