Do you ever get in your own way?
Have you ever made really cool plans for your life but then you get in your way and don't do that really cool thing? You're not alone. I used to struggle with that too, and then I came up with these great self-care systems. I don't struggle with constantly getting in my own way anymore, and I want that for you too. It's not right for that to be your life over and over and over again. Let's change it.
Answering your questions---> "How to not let yourself get in the way..."
Before:
1. Aspirational Identity
2. SIMPLE system written out step by step
3. Anticipate your self-sabotage pattern
4. Have a go-to thing to say
During:
1. Track reps (365 Habit Tracker and evidence journal)
2. When self-sabotage pops up, refer to your go-to plan
After:
1. PRAISE the behavior change with WORDS- not things, not prizes, not shoes, not food--- WORDS
2. Learn the lesson when you mess up. Make it a teachable moment.
