Ep 148: How to write AFFIRMATIONS that will ACTUALLY WORK
Writing affirmations:
1. Get some paper. Anything is fine.
2. Listen to the shitty things you say or think to yourself about yourself, life, or the world.
3. Write sentences in the positive to say what you do want or want to believe about yourself.
4. Post the paper so you can see your affirmations every morning.
5. Read, write, pause, breathe, and FEEL the goodness of the affirmations. Allow yourself to feel GOOD. Get rid of doubt, lack, and fear. Practice confidence, abundance, and trust.
6. Do a SMALLLLLL action.
7. Reps. Repeat, repeat, repeat. The affirmations, the feelings, and the actions.
