In this episode, I talk about how my over-consumption of calories caused my weight gain, how I am no longer afraid of carbs, and yeah, I have cookies and pizza every now and then too without going overboard.
A diet is a tool that we can use to learn about food, buuuut we are the ones who control our lives and have to figure out a way we can eat, live, and be happy, healthy, and strong.
And if you're like me, you're gonna wanna have carbs and cake.
