City Council voted to permanently enact a 10:00 p.m. curfew for teens. If the mayor signs off on this, it would also require children 13 and under to be home by 9:30 p.m. Officials are citing public safety as the reason for the change. City Cast Philly host Trenae Nuri talks with Dr. Caterina Roman, a criminal justice professor at Temple University, about the effectiveness of curfews.
