I had the privilege to sit down with Blake Lingle, the mastermind behind the Boise Fry Company. What a great story he has to share with you. One of the things I admire about Blake, is he went outside of what felt natural to him, to give him a better chance of success. He had to work hard and commit to doing things that he had never done before. For instance, writing a business plan.
We are going to see a common thread in these interviews. You will hear how important finding the right people to work in your business is. It makes all of the difference. Blake does some really neat things to reward his team.
You can tell he loves what he does, you can tell he is good at what he does and, you can tell that he does things the right way.
