Choosing Inspiration Over Comparison
Join our hosts for today’s episode of The Ninja Selling Podcast as they delve into the dangers of comparison. If you’re constantly comparing yourself to others, you’re definitely not alone in this, and there’s definitely nothing wrong with you. As a matter of fact, everybody feels the anxiety of comparison from time to time, but comparison is often triggering and may lead to negative thoughts. That’s why they say that comparison is the thief of joy.
First, Matt and Garrett address the biggest reason why comparing yourself to others is pointless: it’s because things are never what they seem on the outside. You never know what’s happening behind the scenes, so focus on your path. Then, they explain that there are two possible routes to take when comparing yourself to others. You can look at comparison from a scarcity mindset or an abundance mindset. If you choose the latter, instead of comparing, you’ll find inspiration everywhere around you and use it as a chance to grow. Finally, our hosts end the episode by encouraging you to know your path and focus on yourself.
Inspiring people are everywhere around you, but if you need some extra support, you’ll find a thriving community of almost 10,000 Ninjas who collaborate, ask and answer questions, network, and more when you join the Ninja Selling Podcast group on Facebook at Ninja Selling Podcast Facebook.
