Mike Boychuk is the Broker and owner of Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty MBT. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Mike owned and operated a homebuilding company. Mike and his wife Sherri have 3 children, ages 9, 12, and 18. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, and specializes in selling residential real estate in Saskatoon and area. Mike served as a Director of the SRAR (Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors) from 2011-2015, as President in 2014, and was named 2015 Realtor of the Year by the SRAR and CMHC (Canada Housing & Mortgage Company). He was recognized among the “Top 100 Agents In Canada” for 2015, and the “Top 200 Agents In Canada” for 2016 and 2017, by Real Estate Professional. Mike has helped over 1,000 families with the sale of a property in his career.
