Ange is an Advanced Sports Dietitian with over 15 years of experience working extensively with elite female fitness and figure athletes as well as fitness centres and celebrities for transformation campaigns. She helps active women over 35 understand their physiology, use it to their advantage and uncomplicate nutrition for sustainable results to nourish a high performing lifestyle.
She runs her own bespoke N=1:1 Nutrition to Soar consulting business from Brisbane, Australia, and has recently launched a successful active women (35-65 years only) online group course, educating women on the foundations of female nutrition and how to understand and work with their unique physiology for maximal results as they age.
