Every time I make a reel on Instagram about why I would never train fasted, I get all kinds of questions about what to eat prior to training. In this episode I explain why you need to eat before you train and what you can eat depending on how much time you have between that meal and your training session.
I also give you some easy examples of what to eat before and after your training sessions to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.

I know it's a foreign concepts for a lot of people, especially if you train first thing in the morning. But I promise, you'll love how you feel once you start training in a fed state.
