1oz Iconic Cranberry Thyme

1oz Sweet Vermouth

-Combine all in a mixing glass and stir until chilled and slightly diluted

-Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube

1oz Bitter Orange Tonic

Splash of sparkling water
