One challenge most women face is going through menopause, but so many of us do not prepare or even look into it before hand and it turns out we should.
Today’s guest is Alex Robinson, the founder of Alex Robinson Wellness .and
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT), and is also a 300 hour Vinyasa and Yin Certified Yoga Instructor.
In 2022 she completed "The 3rd Age Woman Menopause Transition Certification", to
further her skills in supporting clients going through peri to post menopause.
