This time of year is probably the hardest time of year when dealing with grief. It seems as though everyone else is doing fine and we wish we could be, but we are grieving. Whether this is your first year without someone, or your twentieth year, the emotions and heaviness of it all can be like a-lot. I wanted to bring my friend Linda on to share her story of how she coped with grief during the holidays. Linda lost her Mom a month before Christmas, so Christmas has been something she's had to learn how to navigate through. In this episode she will share some of her tips, along with sharing wonderful memories of her Mom to help honor her during this holiday season.
