150 pound weight loss story with us. Bob had reached 320 pounds when he
made a commitment to himself and decided enough was enough. I loved
interviewing Bob because, like most of the population, Bob loved nothing
more than cooking a barbecue and eating all the meat, cheese eggs and dairy
that his body could handle, that was until he got to the point where the
joys of consuming those foods were outweighed by the increasing health
