Episode 124 is here and this week Andrew ‘Spudfit’ Taylor is back on the
show to coach me through a tricky plateau that I’ve found myself fall into
since having my youngest baby. In this episode I step way outside of my
comfort zone and open up about the weight gain I experienced after having
Theo and how, when combined with long term sleep deprivation, I’d found
myself struggling to keep my fat intake down low enough to maintain my
previous weight loss. This episode is for anyone who has platued on a wfpb
diet, or struggled with maintaining their weight loss for what ever reason
and needs some new tools in their tool belts as they move forward. Andrew
