Episode 54: Holiday SOS! Tis the season....for stress?

I get a lot of SOS calls from clients as the holiday season approaches! Burn out, exhaustion, overwhelm, resentment, anger.....not exactly 'festive'! 

Let's be real....a lot of women (moms especially) carry the emotional, physical and mental load over the holidays. It's up to you to create the 'magic' of the season. 

This results in a lot of you feeling more naughty than nice!
