Due to a series of life events that were totally out of my control, recently my schedule exploded.
And so while life was happening certain things weren’t getting done in my business, and then when life stopped happening and work started again, certain things still weren’t happening!
My to-do list wasn’t completed at the end of the day and work started piling up.
Why?
Because my time boundaries were no longer being upheld.
So, what did I do? I went back to my time boundaries!
And so in this episode I want to share what they are, in the hopes that you can use these ideas and examples, to help you set firm time boundaries, that help you get the important things in your business done.
