SLP 125: Ball Is Still Life with Brian Pannuzzo
In this episode, Brian talks about consistency, self-confidence, and progressing through repetition. Making an analogy with basketball, Brian explains that if we want to get better at something, make a transformational change, or simply take better care of our body and mind, we need to put the work in. There’s absolutely zero chance of seeing results from the work we didn’t do.
Throughout the episode, Brian also explains that if you quit something you were very good at because of an injury or because you were feeling unmotivated, the best way to return to your peak performance is slowly. Step by step, try to incorporate back into your life some of the things that helped you pursue your goals. A few weeks away from the gym? Try a mild walk first and increase from there. Tune in!
