Anyone else feeling a tad overwhelmed heading into this week, despite it *supposedly* being the happiest time of year??
You’re not alone.
Instead of sitting in that overwhelm and letting it spiral into more unwanted feelings, I brain dumped out EVERYTHING that I felt I needed to do & accomplish in the coming days.
Then I got super clear on what I REALLY needed to do, where I needed to be, and what I could delegate or just simply say NO to.
This process allowed me to see that I DO have more time than I thought. And I CAN get things done that I was otherwise stressing about.
And always always always, block out time for YOURSELF. For me that means that 5:30-7am is MY TIME.

..and I will add, I’m thanking my lucky stars that this week I’m headed into my Ovulatory phase which means I CAN handle whatever is thrown at me!🙏🏻🙏🏻
