Righto, it’s time you and I got our heads around the whole Chatbot thing.
You know those annoying interactions you have on websites and social media, where you think you’re chatting with a human, but in fact you’re conversing with a bit of AI software, that in my experience generally ends in tears.
Usually, the last thing I type in to a chatbot (normally in capital letters) is “Get me a fucking human to speak to!!!”
So as you can see, I’m going into this interview with a healthy amount of skepticism.
Fortunately though, we’re joined by one of Australia’s leading Chatbot experts, Amber Henriques, who’s also the founder of Perth-based marketing agency, AdSocial.
Amber is a trailblazer when it comes to futuristic marketing technologies across the Meta suite (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), with a focus on interactive marktech, namely Chatbots and artificial intelligence.
