Episode 1: Oh Why Horses, Mountains, and Dogs?

I basically interview myself in this short opening episode about why I chose to call the show HMD.  The truth is, I don't really know why these three things light me up, but if they light you up, too, you just know, and you are going to enjoy the conversations and stories that come up around them.  In this podcast, you'll hear a bit more about my own history with each, as well as some of the animals and characters that are part of my life, and my hope is that these will get you thinking about your own three things.

 - horses are healers, in part because they are bigger than our problems & carry ours
- mountains give us the grit and perspective needed to be resilient in all seasons
- dogs are mirrors to what we are asking for in life and make us better teachers
