Ms. Hunt’s diverse portfolio has been spread across much of Canada and the United States, with multiple projects in the Oahu, Hawaii area. She enjoys a national reputation as an international real estate specialist and analyst and is an expert consultant emphasizing strategic repositioning of real estate. Ms. Hunt has extensive experience in various phases of the real estate business, including but not limited to acquiring, managing, repositioning and divesting real estate, including: vacation rentals, short-term rentals, single family, student housing, duplexes, triplexes, multifamily, and more. Corporate real estate ventures include industrial real estate development projects and commercial real estate leases in both Canada and the US.
