I am a recovering - need to know and plan for the worst before it happens - person, so trust me I understand the urge to control EVERYTHING!
In a recent Instagram poll I posted, most people answered that they consider themselves someone who does not like to feel out of control, which is not surprising right? Few people seek situations where you'd be out of control because it feels unsafe, disarming, uncomfortable... the list goes on. But I spent the last year working on releasing my need to death grip life, and being more in flow, so I wanted to explain how I've done that in case it helps someone else out there! (Perhaps a couple of the 94% who said they need to be in control of life?)
When you are relaxed, and allow room for things to happen, it actually can create better experiences for us once we get past the terror of not knowing. ;)
I've personally cracked the code over the last year, and I'm looking forward to sharing what I figured out!
Come listen in for 3 ways to help you loosen up, and enjoy life a little more.

Can I ask a big favor? If you’ve loved any episode you’ve listened to, would you mind taking a minute to give the podcast a 5 star rating over on Apple Music? This allows it to come up more frequently for other people to listen to. (And hopefully love too!).
I also LOVE seeing the episodes you’re currently listening to in your IG stories, so thank you from the bottom of my big old heart for sharing the pod with your friends and fam!
