This week, Glenn and Amber sit down with Terrie Schauer, a Montreal property manager turned real estate coach and author. Terrie has spent more than half her life managing rental properties. She has managed investment real estate in four major markets: Toronto, Vancouver, Marseille (France), and Montreal. Creating financial freedom inspires Terrie to manage properties for others and to build real estate coaching programs for investors who want more time and more freedom.
