Howie Nestel’s- Guide on how to move from intention to action
Join me with my guest Mr. Howe Nestel on the final episode of “How to move from intention to action.” Howie shared a concept he learned from Dr. Wayne Dyer. Dr. Wayne Dyer was an internationally renowned author and speaker in the field of self-development. Dr. Dyer left us with a reflection that whatever is inside us comes out when stress happens. Our outer perspective (external behavior) may be reactive and generate misinformation because our stress reaction is negative.
Howie Nestel shared that our environment reflects the type of person we are. Try seeing the positive first. Use adaptability as a superpower. Be aware that our perspective about a situation may be wrong. We sometimes talk ourselves out of the positive experience because we are unwilling to adapt and create a reaction that freezes our movement toward happiness and chooses to exist in a hostile environment. Howie points out that happiness is an action, and we must progress toward happiness. Happiness is not a dream utopia. Having a positive destination will help us start the movement toward happiness. Howie Nestel’s response to the United State’s ranking number sixteen on the World’s Happiness scale. We are the people, and we can make the Unites States improve the United State’s world happiness score because we can try harder.
